Nature trails

Rae Lake Trail begins on the Shore of Rae Lake in the middle of the forest. The length of the hiking trail is 1.7 km; it takes 1-1.5 hours to complete it at a calm pace. There are two bridges on the track, a number of points of interest, information stands and an observation tower. From the observation tower can be seen kingfishers as well as a beaver, busying itself on the opposite shore. On the camping site of Rae Lake is a parking lot, a village swing, a swimming platform, campfire sites, a table and benches with a canopy, a wood shed, toilets, a well and a fish ladder built over the river dam.
